ACT's signature event, formerly known as Oscar Night® Hartford, took place Sunday at Spotlight Theatres in downtown Hartford. The event was chaired for the 4th straight year by Stephen Jewett, partner at McDowell Jewett Communications. The event, in its 20th year, raises money for Connecticut’s largest statewide AIDS support network.
