Facing the State Once Again

“Face the State,” is the most-watched local political program in Connecticut. It airs Sunday mornings on WFSB, Connecticut’s CBS affiliate.

Before Duby McDowell founded McDowell Communications Group in 2006, she was the political reporter for WFSB and for seven years hosted “Face the State.”

The broadcast recently lost its most recent host, longtime WFSB anchor Dennis House, when he and the station parted ways. Duby has been recruited to return to Face the State and will be co-hosting with Hartford Courant columnist Kevin Rennie.

So in addition to her MCG duties, Duby will be interviewing the state’s decision-makers and hosting reporter roundtables. The program airs every Sunday morning at 8:30 am.
