MJC’s Maura Downes and Duby McDowell were featured presenters at the CT Construction Industry Association’s Safety Roundtable. The Association is comprised of more than 300 member companies that include contractors, subcontractors, material producers, equipment and product suppliers, accountants, attorneys, engineers, and insurance companies. Within this large and robust industry there are many safety protocols, but the work involves risk and accidents happen. Effective communication during and after an emergency was the topic of the day and MJC offered a comprehensive crisis communication training.
